Jjk Recruitment

Jjk · Recruitment · [City, Country]

We find the
people who
change a
company's year.

Jjk is a recruitment agency. We work on permanent, contract and executive searches — mostly in [your core sector] — and we do the unglamorous part properly: reading every CV, calling every reference, telling you when a candidate is wrong for you.

Chapter One · For employers

Hiring is a
research problem.

Most agencies send you whoever is available. We send you whoever is right, and we tell you why — including the parts that make you hesitate. You get a shortlist you can actually interview, not a spreadsheet of strangers.

  • Permanent search

Full-cycle hiring for roles you intend to keep. We map the market before we advertise, so the shortlist includes people who were not looking — usually the ones worth having.

  • Contract & interim

Cover for parental leave, a project spike, or a gap while you search. Day rates, fixed terms, and a clean handover at the end.

  • Executive & confidential

Replacing a named individual, or hiring for a role that cannot be advertised. Discreet outreach, NDA-first, no public posting.

  • Salary & market guidance

What the role actually pays in your city this quarter, what candidates are turning down, and where your offer sits against the three companies you keep losing people to.

How a search runs

  1. 01
Brief. A call, not a form. We want the shape of the person, the team they'd join, and what went wrong the last time you hired.
  2. 02
Map. We identify the companies that employ this profile and the individuals inside them. You see the map before we approach anyone.
  3. 03
Approach. Direct, personal, and honest about the role — including the hard parts. Passive candidates say no to adverts, not to conversations.
  4. 04
Screen. Structured interviews, work samples where relevant, references taken properly. Anything we doubt, we flag in writing.
  5. 05
Shortlist. [X] candidates, each with a written summary, salary expectation and notice period. No padding.
  6. 06
Offer & close. We manage the negotiation, the counter-offer, and the resignation. Most placements are lost here, not at interview.

Fees. Contingent, retained or fixed-fee — agreed in writing before we start. [Your fee structure, e.g. percentage of first-year salary, invoiced on start date]. No fee until someone starts.

Chapter Two · For candidates

You are not
a CV.

We read the whole thing — the career break, the sideways move, the year you spent doing something else. If we put you forward, it is because we can explain your story better than a keyword search can.

What you get from us

  • A named consultant who has actually met the hiring manager.
  • The real salary band before you interview, not after.
  • Honest feedback — including the feedback you would rather not hear.
  • Interview preparation specific to that company, not a generic PDF.
  • Salary negotiation handled for you, with market evidence.
  • Nothing sent anywhere without your explicit yes. Ever.

Already working with other agencies? Tell us. We will not duplicate your CV into a company you have already been submitted to.

Chapter Three · How we work

Small desk.
Long memory.

Jjk is a small agency by choice. Every search is run by the person you briefed — there is no account manager relay, no junior re-typing your notes. We keep a limited number of live roles so that each one gets read properly.

What we believe

Speed is not the service

A CV in an hour is worth nothing if it is the wrong CV. We would rather take three days and send two people you want to meet.

Say the awkward thing

If a candidate is not ready, or a salary is unrealistic, or your process is losing you good people — you will hear it from us before you hear it from the market.

Placements, not pipelines

We are measured on people who start and stay. That is the only number on our wall.

Questions we get asked

Do you charge candidates anything?

No. Candidates never pay us. Our fee comes from the employer, agreed before the search begins.

How long does a search usually take?

Typically [X] weeks from brief to accepted offer for a mid-level role, longer for executive searches where notice periods run to three months.

Will you send my CV without asking me?

Never. Every submission is confirmed with you first, in writing, with the company named.

What if the person doesn't work out?

We offer a replacement guarantee — [your guarantee terms, e.g. free re-search within three months].

Which sectors do you cover?

[Your sectors — e.g. technology, finance, healthcare, engineering]. If we do not know your market, we will say so rather than pretend.

Chapter Four · Contact

Tell us what
you're hiring.

One call is usually enough to know whether we can help. If we cannot, we will tell you in the first five minutes and point you somewhere better.
